Stash Organisation - Cardstock Mats

Cardstock mats are stacked vertically in trays or directly into the IKEA baskets.

Here's Little One helping herself to my stash!

Layouts -Time to Shine & Chill

Yesterday, Little One was her usual ransacking self and rummaged through the diapers to fish out a fresh one. Just one? She usually empties the bag! I teased her whether she wanted a diaper change, and if so, could she lie down on the mattress. Well what do you know, she did exactly that!

Two of the layouts done over the weekend. Real quick ones:

Wove paper and ribbons in a grid. Placed photos and embellished with rub-ons for the title ... DONE! Photos taken by Big One because I've bugged her for the longest time to let me capture her playing her guitar during Sunday School. She compromised by giving me these shots of her guitar.

Paper - Glitz, ribbon - DCWV, rub-ons - piggy tales.

A rare face shot of Big One, permitted cos she's in a good mood sharing a Sunday afternoon with her friend.

Grunged this up a bit with paint (Ranger paint dabber) on the background cardstock (Club Scrap). Distressed paper (Basic Grey) by sticking on and tearing off a piece of tape. Photo corners are torn pieces of tape (Club Scrap). Others: sticker (BoBunny), wide hemp ribbon (source unknown), Ghost Alpha (Heidi Swapp).

Stash Organisation - Inks and paints

Ink pads are stored in clear boxes intended for MDs.  They are placed on the ends - right side up for dye based inks and upside down for pigment inks.
Reinker bottles, alcohol inks, paint dabbers (upside down), acrylic paint, crackle paint and stickles (also upside down) are also stored in similar boxes.  I need to start a new box for my concoctions of perfect pearls with reinkers.

Another Weekend and It's ALL GOOD

Little One has been sleeping slightly longer, at least one 3-hour stretch each night, sometimes even longer. This has done wonders for my mood. I feel recharged physically.
It's a productive weekend, scrapping-wise. Did 8 pages in the last 2 days. Creatively recharged.
Listened to about 2 months worth of sermons, which I totally miss out on while in the nursery week after week. Spiritually nourished.
Yeah!! It's all good!!

Next week, we'll start Little One on formula once a day. She's feeding more in the day, perhaps making up for the reduced night feeds. The stockpile is depleting and I do not have enough for the days I am at work. If she takes to the formula, I'll just stick to feeding her when I'm around and forget about pumping.

Layouts (3)

Just for fun, Marcus from Table Scraps @ MWL tagged Little One with a price tag valued $99.99.  Of course we'll never trade her for all the riches of the world!
